Hoar Construction, Dryvit Announce National Partnership

by | Sep 6, 2018 | News

Hoar Construction and Dryvit Systems, Inc. announce a first-of-its-kind National Partnership Program aimed at continuing to deliver high-quality exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) manufacturing solutions to clients across the country.

The two inked the deal this month, and the partnership will include a standard 20-year warranty on full systems for Hoar-Dryvit clients, versus the current industry norm of 10 years.

Other exclusive benefits include:

  • Priority on-site technical involvement with a Dryvit training assistant for Hoar and the applicator, as well as Dryvit participation in preconstruction and pre-installations meetings.
  • Priority engineering services, upon request, such as plan review, project-specific detailing assistance/development and water vapor transmission analysis.

“The heart of our quality program is our Safety-Quality Preplanning Method (SQPM), which allows our superintendents to present their plans for their job and get feedback and input from experts around our company,” said Quality Assurance Director Pape Fall. “Now those experts will include our partners at Dryvit, and we are encouraging all of our teams to take full advantage of having their experts shoulder-to-shoulder with us throughout the construction process.”

Dryvit is the leading EIFS manufacturer in North America, providing several configurations to meet any climate, environment or building type.  Dryvit’s Outsulation® systems can be field-applied onto a building or installed as a prefabricated/prefinished application through its Tech21™ Panelization Program.  Whether building new or renovating an existing building, Dryvit’s array of aesthetics can offer the look of brick, stone, stucco, limestone, metal panels and more.  In addition, Dryvit offers the patented NewBrick product, which is a lightweight, insulated brick that offers numerous cost-saving benefits versus clay brick, while providing the same brick look.

“It’s this flexibility in products, Dryvit’s commitment to ISO quality and environmental standards, and the importance we place on safety that make us the perfect partner for Hoar,” said John Elkas, Dryvit’s vice president of sales. “We are honored to be working with Hoar; they are progressive thinkers and experts in the industry.”
